1. No Refund Policy

CAabhyas AI operates a strict no-refund policy. All payments made for Pro subscriptions — whether monthly, per-attempt, or annual — are final and non-refundable. By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Why We Have This Policy

CAabhyas AI provides immediate access to all Pro features including full revision notes, question bank, mock tests, and AI Mentor upon payment confirmation. Because digital access is granted instantly and cannot be returned, we are unable to offer refunds once a subscription is activated.

3. Before You Subscribe

We strongly encourage you to use our free plan before upgrading to Pro. The free plan includes 1 practice question per topic, 2 AI Mentor questions per day, and access to topic preview content — giving you a clear picture of the platform before committing to a paid subscription.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your Profile page. Cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining days in the current period. Your Pro access continues until the subscription period ends.

5. Exceptions

In the rare event of a technical error resulting in a duplicate charge for the same subscription period, please contact support@caabhyas.ai within 7 days with your Razorpay payment ID. Duplicate charges will be refunded after verification. This is the only exception to our no-refund policy.
