1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CAabhyas AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. The Platform is operated by CAabhyas AI, based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. CAabhyas AI is not affiliated with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

2. Description of Service

CAabhyas AI provides AI-powered CA exam preparation tools including structured revision notes for CA Final, CA Intermediate, and CA Foundation, practice questions mapped to ICAI exam pattern, mock test series, an AI Mentor for doubt-solving, and an amendment tracker for upcoming exam attempts. The Platform is a post-study revision and practice tool and does not provide coaching or teaching from scratch.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access the Platform's features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted. You must be 16 years of age or older to create an account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

The Platform offers a Free plan and a Pro plan available on monthly, per-attempt, or annual billing. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Pro subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase. 5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse AI features for purposes other than CA exam preparation; attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Platform; share, resell, or redistribute content from the Platform including revision notes, questions, and AI responses; use automated bots or scripts to access the Platform; or engage in any activity that disrupts the service for other users.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The AI Mentor, revision content, practice questions, and other AI-generated or AI-assisted content are provided for educational guidance only. While we strive for accuracy and ICAI alignment, AI responses may occasionally contain errors or may not reflect the most recent ICAI amendments. Users must verify critical information with official ICAI study material and consult qualified CA professionals for authoritative guidance. CAabhyas AI is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

7. ICAI Affiliation Disclaimer

CAabhyas AI is an independent educational technology platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). ICAI study material, question papers, and official resources remain the intellectual property of ICAI. Our content is independently created for educational purposes with reference to publicly available ICAI materials.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and technology on the Platform are owned by CAabhyas AI. The revision notes, mnemonics, question bank, exam answer structures, and platform design are proprietary. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any Platform content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

CAabhyas AI is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific exam results or passing marks. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 3 months prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of exam attempts or career decisions made based on Platform content.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notifications.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
